Hi everyone,
I’m one year away from graduating from York University, Toronto, with an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Biology. After that, I plan on studying to become a high school biology teacher because I love science and want to convey its beauty, elegance, and sheer coolness to the younger generation.
I was one of the founders and leaders of the York student club Freethinkers, Skeptics, and Atheists at York, and have been volunteering with the Centre for Inquiry Canada for many years. I’m also the VP-Multimedia for the Freethought Association of Canada.
I would like to blog mainly about science, technology, ethics and philosophy, but might make some tangential stabs at some political issues, but most of the time will probably defer that responsibility to our more politically savvy Ian Bushfield.
This will be my first foray into the blogosphere, and I hope it will be an enlightening experience for all the readers and myself!
