60 ml white rum (using amber or aged rum is tasty but the drink will look like sewer water)
30 ml orange liqueur (like Cointreau)
30 ml fresh squeezed lime juice
30 ml fresh pineapple juice
15 ml raspberry syrup (or grenadine).
Add ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake and strain into a silly looking glass. Garnish with pineapple or whatever.
An easier-to-make variation of the classic Zombie cocktail. I reduced the amount of rum and fruit ingredients. Jesus was a humble man, so he’d approve (if he existed, which he didn’t). The drink is a tart and fruity mix that should satisfy anyone.
